2. Shipping & Fulfilment Policy
At Owl Optic, we are committed to providing competitive fulfilment and logistics services. To maintain our "Track 3" efficiency, our logistics infrastructure may improve or change from time to time without prior notice.
- Third-Party Logistics (3PL): We utilize professional third-party logistics providers for all product deliveries. Please be advised that Bi-Polar Tech Asia Pacific Limited shall not be liable for any damages, delays, or losses incurred during the performance of services by these third parties.
- Coverage Restrictions: Delivery coverage is strictly restricted by the service boundaries of our logistics providers. Shipping locations and service availability are subject to change based on the operational capacity of our partners.
- Transfer of Liability: Our responsibility for the goods ends upon successful handover to the logistics provider. Any claims regarding transit issues must be directed to the respective courier.
3. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Our policies are designed to support our high-velocity retail operations and medical hygiene standards.
Order Cancellation
We leverage automated payment and fulfilment systems to ensure rapid dispatch.
- Ineligibility: Once an order is placed and the transaction is successfully processed, the order is not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds & Exchanges
- Medical Hygiene: Due to the sterile nature of contact lenses, we maintain a strict No Cash Refund policy.
- Discretionary Exchange: At our sole discretion, unopened and undamaged boxes may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days, subject to a handling fee.
- Defective Goods: Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt. Liability is limited to a 1-to-1 replacement of the defective unit only.
4. Terms & Conditions (T&C)
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Professional Representation: By purchasing from Owl Optic, you represent that you possess a valid prescription and are under the care of a registered optometrist. Bi-Polar Tech Asia Pacific Limited acts solely as a distributor and assumes no clinical liability.
- Pricing Integrity: We reserve the right to cancel any order resulting from a technical error, stock discrepancy, or pricing inaccuracy. Our sole obligation in such cases is the reversal of the specific transaction amount.
- Corporate Asset Clause: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of Bi-Polar Tech Asia Pacific Limited, all customer data and contractual rights will be transferred to the succeeding entity as a core business asset.
